Sweepstakes name: Trading Combine Sweepstakes – 2025 (the “Sweepstakes”)

1. ELIGIBILITY

This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who (i) are legal U.S. residents of the Continental United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island (ii) are 18 years old or older at time of entry and (iii) are not listed on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (or other similar list or designation).

The Sweepstakes is subject to (i) all applicable United States federal, state, and local laws, and (ii) any relevant foreign and international laws, treaties, or ordinances. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.

Employees of TopstepTrader, LLC (“Sponsor”), its affiliated entities, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, prize suppliers, including any vendors providing services in connection with the Promotion (collectively, “Sponsor Affiliates”), and agents, directors, officers (including members of their immediate families – i.e., spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children, and grandchildren – or same household) of Sponsor or any Sponsor Affiliates are not eligible to participate.

2. TIMING

The Sweepstakes is structured as a recurring promotional campaign consisting of one or more distinct entry periods (each, a “Sweepstakes Window”). Each Sweepstakes Window will have a defined start and end time. Entry is valid only during the applicable open Sweepstakes Window.

A table of current and historical Sweepstakes Windows is maintained below and may be updated from time to time. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Sweepstakes Window in its sole discretion and will update the table accordingly.

Each Sweepstakes Window operates independently under the same Official Rules. Entry deadlines and drawing times for each Window will be communicated via official Topstep channels, including email, social media, or livestream announcements.

Sponsor may hold any number of drawings per calendar year. Drawing dates and number of winners for each Window are set forth in Section 4.

3. HOW TO ENTER

There are multiple methods of entry into the Sweepstakes. Each entrant (“Entrant”) may enter only once, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries by the same individual, or entries submitted using automated means or false identities, will be disqualified.

(a) Social Media Entry: To enter via social media, during a Sweepstakes Window –

On Instagram: (1) Follow [@Topstep handle], (2) Like the Sweepstakes promotional post (the “Post”), and (3) Tag at least one (1) friend in the comments of the Post.

On Twitter (X): (1) Follow [@Topstep handle], (2) Repost (retweet) the Sweepstakes tweet, and (3) Reply to the tweet with #HASHTAGPLACEHOLDER.

Each platform may impose specific formatting and content limitations for promotional posts. Sponsor may modify the call-to-action language to comply with those technical requirements while preserving the substantive entry conditions. Social media entries must be submitted before the close of a Sweepstakes Window to be eligible.

(b) Website Entry:

From time to time, Sponsor may promote the Sweepstakes during livestream broadcasts or other events. During such other events, Sponsor may direct Entrants to a dedicated Sweepstakes entry form on Sponsor’s website. To enter via this method, Entrant must complete the online form as instructed, including all required fields. These promotions may be open for limited durations, including as little as one (1) hour. Timely completion and submission of the entry form will constitute a valid entry.

For Sweepstakes Windows Lasting Two (2) Business Days or Less – Email Entry: Eligible individuals may enter by sending an email to: [email protected]. The email must be sent during a designated Sweepstakes Window and must include the Entrant’s full name, email address, phone number, and date of birth. The subject line must read: “Combine Giveaway Entry – [Date]”. All required information must be complete and accurate. Emails sent outside the applicable Sweepstakes Window or missing required information will be disqualified.

For Sweepstakes Windows Longer Than Two (2) Business Days – Mail-In Entry: Eligible individuals may enter without using social media or the website by submitting a mail-in entry. Handwrite the Entrant’s full name, complete mailing address, valid email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a standard envelope to: Topstep – Trading Combine Sweepstakes (2025), Attn: Marketing Department, 141 W. Jackson Blvd., Suite 4240, Chicago, IL 60604. Each mailed entry must be postmarked during the applicable Sweepstakes Window and received no later than two (2) business days after that period ends. Limit one (1) entry per person. No mechanically reproduced, photocopied, or computer-generated entries will be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or postage-due mail.

(d) Entry Limits:

Each Entrant may enter the Sweepstakes only once, regardless of method of entry. Entrants may not use multiple identities, accounts, or methods to enter. Any Entrant who attempts or encourages multiple entries or circumvents the entry limitations will be disqualified and forfeits any right to a Prize. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant who (i) tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (ii) violates these Official Rules or any applicable laws; (iii) provides false information; (iv) enters or attempts to enter more than once regardless of entry method; or (v) engages in any conduct that is intended to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes. Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be void. Use of any automated system, script, macro, bot, or other unauthorized means to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entries submitted via any method described above shall be treated equally for purposes of eligibility and Prize selection.

4. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNING ENTRIES:

There will be one or more random drawings (each a “Drawing”) for each Sweepstakes Window listed in Section 2. Each Drawing will occur after the applicable Sweepstakes Window closes, and the number of winners per Drawing may vary.

All winners (each, a “Winner”) will be notified that they are Winners within forty-eight (48) hours of the applicable Drawing via the same communication method used for entry (e.g., Instagram DM, Twitter message, or email). The Winners of the Sweepstakes will be determined by Sponsor or its designee in its sole discretion. All determinations by Sponsor shall be final and binding. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes depends on the number of eligible entries received. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the applicable social media account. As used herein, “Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person who was assigned to that account by such account’s applicable provider. No entity, partnership, or other type of non-natural person may be designated as an Authorized Account Holder.

5. PRIZES:

Each Winner will receive a $50,000 Trading Combine (the “Prize(s)”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize(s) is 249 dollars ($49 per Trading Combine). There is no substitution or transfer of a Prize permitted except as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value.

ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” WITH ABSOLUTELY NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, FROM SPONSOR. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPONSOR DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION AND ANY PRIZES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Each Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local income taxes associated with the Prizes. Winners may be issued IRS Forms 1099 for the value of any Prize accepted. If by reason of printing or other error, more Prizes are claimed than the number of Prizes set forth in these Official Rules, a random drawing will be held to award the advertised number of Prizes in the relevant category. Under no circumstances will more than the advertised number of Prizes be awarded.

6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

Sponsor may prohibit any Entrant or potential Entrant from participating in all or any component of the Sweepstakes, if, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, (i) such person shows a disregard for these Official Rules, (ii) acts with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other Entrant, Sponsor, or its agents or representatives, (iii) disparages Sponsor or its products or services, Sponsor’s competitors or their products or services, Sponsor Affiliates, or any other person or party affiliated with the Sweepstakes, or (iv) acts in any other disruptive manner. The use of automated entry devices or any other conduct that impedes the integrity of the Sweepstakes is prohibited. Sponsor’s decisions as to all matters related to the Sweepstakes and selection of each Prize Winner are final.

Sponsor and Sponsor Affiliates are not responsible for late, lost, delayed, unclear, unintelligible, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, or ineligible entries, all of which will be disqualified, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, or delayed electronic communications caused by the sender, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to play or participate, or by any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. If for any reason (including infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor and Sponsor Affiliates, that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes) the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules, Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes or to select each Prize Winner in a random drawing from eligible entries received prior to action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor shall have no further obligation to any Entrant in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to prosecute any fraudulent entries to the fullest extent of the law.

7. PRIZE ACCEPTANCE:

Winners will be notified by the same means of entry by such Winner (e.g., social media direct message or email of entry) of these Official Rules, and must respond within 24 hours or, if longer, the timeframe requested by Sponsor. To claim any Prize, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, require Winners to complete, sign, and return certain Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release/Publicity Release forms, and other applicable documents, which may require a social security number, postmarked within 3 days of the date on the notification. Winners may be required to produce a picture ID or other form of proper identification to claim any prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to timely claim the Prize, is disqualified, fails to timely execute and return any required forms, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such Winner shall automatically forfeit any right it may have to any Prize and an alternate winner may be selected by Sponsor from other Entrants. If any alternate(s) Winner(s) similarly fails to respond or declines the Prize, and Sponsor is unable to confirm a Winner after three (3) good faith attempts, the Prize will be finally forfeited and may not be awarded, and Sponsor shall have no further liability in connection with this Sweepstakes.

8. LICENSE GRANT; PUBLICITY & MARKETING:

By submitting an entry to the Sweepstakes, Entrant grants Sponsor, its agents, licensees, and assigns, an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive right and permission to reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, modify, create derivative works of, exhibit, and otherwise use an Entrant’s entry and any information provided with the entry as-is or as-edited (with or without Entrant’s name, image and likeness) in any media throughout the world for any purpose, without limitation, and without additional review, compensation or approval from Entrant, except where otherwise prohibited by law.

By accepting a Prize, the Winner(s) grants to Sponsor the right to use Winner’s name, likeness, image, voice, hometown, and biographical information in any advertising, trade or promotion, including on the Internet or via wireless application protocol, without further notice, compensation, or permission, except where prohibited by law. Submission of contact information in connection with the Sweepstakes (whether or not required), including mailing address and email address during entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to add you to Sponsor’s customer database and to contact you in the future for promotional and other reasons.

9. RELEASE & LIMIT OF LIABILITY:

Sponsor, Sponsor Affiliates, Instagram, Twitter, and any applicable third party fulfillment service and each of their respective contractors, directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for, and Entrants release each from, any failures of any kind (whether caused by computer, technical, or human error) which may either limit the Entrant’s ability to submit an entry, claim a Prize, or otherwise participate in the Sweepstakes, or Sponsor’s ability to include all eligible entries, conduct random drawings, notify potential winners, or otherwise execute the Sweepstakes in the manner intended. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless the Release Parties from and against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of any such failure, as well as (a) any damage to any computer or other electronic device relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with entering the Sweepstakes, or (b) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a Prize awarded in the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited, to any claims for damage to property, personal injury, death, or claims based on defamation, rights of privacy, rights of publicity, or merchandise delivery. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability, so the above may not apply to every Entrant.

False or deceptive entries or acts will render the Entrant ineligible. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor is not responsible for any printing or typographical errors in these Official Rules or any other materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Entrants enter at their own risk and each Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes and the use or redemption of the Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for any condition caused beyond their control that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted.

10. DISPUTES:

Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Wilmington, Delaware; Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in Wilmington, Delaware, for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction, (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes but in no event shall Entrant be entitled to attorneys’ fees or associated costs, (c) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, or any other damages, other than Entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes), and (d) Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Except where prohibited by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Delaware, the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Delaware.

11. ENTRANT WARRANTY:

Each Entrant represents and warrants that their entry does not (1) include any personally identifiable information of any person other than Entrant; or (2) otherwise violate any applicable law.

12. NO THIRD PARTY SPONSOR:

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or in association with any person or other entity, including any third party, other than Sponsor. NAMES, LOGOS AND OTHER MATERIALS ARE USED FOR PURPOSES OF SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR PRIZE DESCRIPTION ONLY. ALL TRADEMARKS, SERVICE MARKS, TRADE NAMES, TRADE DRESS, PRODUCT NAMES AND LOGOS APPEARING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES ARE THE PROPERTY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS; USE DOES NOT IMPLY AFFILIATION OR ENDORSEMENT.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.

14. SOCIAL MEDIA PROMOTION:

Pursuant to Instagram Meta and Twitter promotion guidelines, this Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook Meta. By entering, Entrants release and hold Instagram Meta and Twitter harmless from liability.

15. PRIVACY POLICY:

Participation in the Sweepstakes is also subject to the terms of Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which governs how personal information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be collected, used, and protected.

For the names of the Winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope (unless otherwise prohibited by local law), to c/o TopstepTrader, 141 W. Jackson Blvd., Ste. 4240, Chicago, Illinois 60604. All requests must be received within three (3) months after the end of a Sweepstakes Window.
